In order to make our stay legal in Chile, the first 2 days were quite bureaucratic.

We went through the Chilean ID registration process, opened bank accounts and bought local phones.

SkillGravity Everything was super organized and fast. Thank you Start-Up Chile for allowing us to skip big lines, conversations and tones of paperwork.

And yes, we signed the contract with CORFO and now we are just waiting for $20,000,000 Chilean Pesos to appear in our accounts so that we can use it for further product development and marketing. Yay!

It is a fantastic opportunity and a wonderful feeling to see the importance of entrepreneurship in Chile and the whole Latin America region, and realize that we are among those selected who can change the future and make the world a better place.

Also, 5 companies from Generation 12 were selected to give the Minister a short testimonial, introduce themselves, their projects, and why they chose Start-Up Chile.

Long story short – SkillGravity was one of them. Our CEO Alina Kharina presented SkillGravity and explained the problem of employees engagement and retention we are solving.

At the end of the week the whole Generation 12 was sent to the very colorful, alive and charming city Valparaiso for Treasure Hunt followed by after party with a lot of salsa dancing.

Organizers asked us to wear special Start-Up Chile blue color t-shirts and divided us in teams of 6-8 people. The small Valparaiso city for 1 day was colored in blue. As a part of the Treasure Hunt competition we were asked to do different culture-related activities and receive point. Let’s see who won!
